   วันนี้ มีนักวิทยุผู้พิการทางสายตา 4 คน สมัครเข้าอบรมและสอบ แว่วๆมาว่าสามารถทำข้อสอบ
ได้ด้วย

สอบเสร็จ ตรวจข้อสอบแล้วบอกผลเลยหรือป่าวครับ

อีกประมาณ 2 เดือนครับ ต้องเอาไปตรวจที่ กสทช.

   หลายท่านคงสงสัยว่า นักวิทยุผู้พิการทางสายตา ใช้วิธีใดในการสอบเพื่อวัดความสามารถ เป็นที่ทราบดีว่า
ผู้พิการทางด้านการมองเห็น จะมีความสามารถพิเศษมาทดแทนจุดด้อยของตัวเองคือ การจดจำเสียงต่างๆได้
ดีกว่าคนตาปกติ
   วิธีการสอบคือ ให้กรรมการ 1 คน(ในภาพคือ(HS6FUJ)เป็นผู้อ่านคำถาม และมีเจ้าหน้าที่จาก กสทช.1 คน
เป็นผู้บันทึกลงในกระดาษคำตอบ ซึ่งผู้พิการทางสายตาจะใช้การปั๊มลายมือแทนการเซ็นชื่อ
   โดยการอ่านคำถามให้ผู้เข้าสอบได้ยิน และให้ตอบข้อที่ถูกที่สุด  จนท.ก็จะบันทึกคำตอบไปเรื่อยๆจนครบ
40 ข้อ(ภาพที่ 2)ชู 4 นิ้วหมายถึงตอบ ง.ถ้าจะตอบข้อ ก. ให้ชูนิ้วชี้นิ้วเดียว ห้ามชูนิ้วกลางเด็ดขาด

ถ่ายภาพสวยครับ

   ภ่ายบรรยากาศโดยรวม แต่ทั่วถึง ใครเป็นใคร(ผู้เข้าอบรมและสอบ)ดูกันเองนะครับ ชัดบ้างไม่ชัดบ้าง
เพราะในห้องประชุมแสงค่อนข้างน้อย แต่ด้านนอกแดดจ้า ทำให้กล้องไม่สามารถคำนวณเฉลี่ยแสงได้
ต้องหามุมมที่แสงด้านนอกไม่ตก เพราะกล้องมีเวลาแค่เศษเสี้ยววินาที มันจะจับตรงจุดที่สว่างที่สุดก่อน
   ใครอยากดูภาพประวัติศาสตร์ของตัวเองในวันนี้ ผมอัพขึ้นมาให้ดูแล้วครับ ขอแสดงความยินดีกับทุกๆท่าน
